Consent to receive SMS messages is not required to use Kanupi, create an account, submit a request, or make a purchase.
How You Opt In: You opt in to receive SMS messages from Kanupi through a web form on Kanupi.com. When submitting a vehicle/parts request, appointment request, inspection request, or customer support request, you may enter your phone number and select an optional, unchecked SMS consent checkbox agreeing to receive service-related SMS messages from Kanupi about your request, appointment or inspection updates, and customer support conversations. You may also opt in directly at kanupi.com/text-alerts.
Program Description: Kanupi sends service-related SMS messages tied to vehicle/parts requests you submit, appointment or inspection updates, and customer support conversations.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your active requests, appointments, and support conversations.
Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier plan. Kanupi does not charge for these messages.
Supported Carriers: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, Virgin Mobile, and most other major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt-Out: You can cancel SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one final confirmation message; after that we will not send further messages unless you opt back in.

Consent Is Optional: Consent to receive SMS messages is optional and is not required to use Kanupi, create an account, submit a request, or make a purchase. You may use the platform without enrolling in SMS.
No Sharing of Mobile Information: Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services (such as customer service or appointment dispatch) is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
